Shipping deadline

We will be shipping right up to the last business day before Christmas but, as all postal and courier services are under pressure at this time of year, we suggest your order is placed before the dates below to ensure it is delivered in time for Christmas.

Within Metro NSW/ VIC/ QLD/ SA

Order before 2pm on Monday December 19th 2022

Within regional NSW, Metro WA & outside Metro NSW/ VIC/ QLD/ SA

Order before 2pm on Thursday December 15th 2022

HOLIDAY CLOSURE TIMES

Our office is partially open throughout the Christmas and New Year holiday period, response times may vary.

Our warehouse and shipping partners are usually closed for public holidays and some intervening holiday days.

Orders placed while we are closed will be shipped when our warehouse and shipping partners re-open.

 

CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy is always extended in the Christmas period. All items ordered in December can be returned right up until the 31st January 2022. All items need to be in unworn saleable condition with all original packaging intact. Happy shopping everyone!
